On-Site Inspection
I walk every accessible system — 2 to 4 hours for a typical home. You're welcome to attend; I'll explain findings as I go.

Same-Day Report
You receive a complete digital report with photos and severity tagging the same day — usually within hours of finishing.

Walk-Through Call
I'm available by phone to walk you through any finding. Realtors and lenders welcome on the call.
